First dae of my hospital attachment. interesting dae, althou my legs are giving way. Short briefing by olivia plus going thru our schedule b4 going to search for the doc. u are being attached under. AM slot was LASER clinic, so sad, i tink the dr pay more attention to medical students..haha! see how the dr perform laser on DR px. shoot shoot shoot. Aft shooting,no more px le, so get attached to gen. clinic under dr ho. wah! stand all e wae until 1pm looking at ophthal seeing px. mostly cataract n DR. Lunch break sian 1/2, the FC was packed, so mi n sh da bao n sit at the benches to makan, ey not romantic can? lols. PM was glaucoma clinic. grrh. but not much like glaucoma clinic. he like to ask us qns la..n lucky sh was my shield, but i cant escape la cus he will call my name n expect a ans frm mi..lols..n he like to use medical terms which im unsure of lor, this is e aft effect of nt rem. ur patho well. sh~~ our swinging flash lite test? myasthenia gravis? very first thing must check e vision b4 evaluating the ONH? the day under dr yong ended w a granny with a CD ratio of 1.0 n he wan us to perform e Marcus GUn aka RAPD aka swinging flash lite test cus the granny gt R RAPD ma, but den we jus couldnt pick up anithing la. cus u noe why, she's under mydriatics. still sae wad v disappointed in e end nt our fault..but nvm =) the two docs are nice..dey intro us as young docs..muahah! see it, young docs! the dae is fun, w occasional sneak outs to our room to rest our legs, the clearing of our disgestive system aft clinic hor c kway? lols. pple dunoe thot we stuck in toilet bowl! =D @ e end of todae: i realised afew things. i understand y chris sae 'u dun happily fall asleep while e doc is seeing the px n the wonders of ophthalmoscopy in a dilated eye' met up w gy for dinner@ pasta mania. dun wish to have pasta w tomato herb sauce..for tml will be sseeing fishballs w ketchup! cus lst thing in e morning, Day surgery operating theeatre at 8am instead of 8.30..dots.! wonder which nice docs will i meet again..hoho! shall go flip thru kanski ltr if im nt tired cus dun wan to diu optometry de lian sia..FUN DAE @ TTSH!
